Printing Documents

There are two indicators for the paper size of individual forms.

  • Before the launch of the PDF icon, the form's detail screen will indicate the paper size of the form you have selected.
  • After the PDF icon has been launched, the status line on the bottom of the Adobe application will indicate "8.5 x 11 in" or "8.5 x 14 in".

    • Please refer to your printer and application manuals for printing instructions.

    Forms are black and white only.

    If you wish to print a page, such as a page displaying a listing of forms, click on your browser's print button.

    Important
    The documents have been designed specifically to meet provincial forms specification standards. All forms must be printed on the paper size specified on the forms detail page to ensure that these standards are maintained. Failure to adhere to this practice may result in refusal by the provincial registry to process the documentation.

    Do not use "shrink to fit" to print your documents unless you receive a printer error message.

    If you receive a printer error message, indicating that one or more margins are set outside the printable area of the page, choose the "shrink to fit" option in the printer dialogue box prior to sending the file to your print queue. This option will allow you to decrease the size of the image slightly. Do not attempt to print a document in any other size than indicated on the form details page. Do not use this option as a default setting.
