Language used to present the site
The TD Bank Financial Group Forms Search site is the starting point when seeking a form on the site. From the main search page you have the option of choosing a language preference for your browser view screen. For example, click on Français to change your browser view to French presentation.

Upon completion of one of the above search options, a new screen will present you with a list of the search result(s). From that list, click on the form number to display the form's additional information. The next screen will display the Form/Package Name, Form/Package Number, Special Instructions, and Paper Size. To view the actual form, click the PDF icon. This will open the form in the Adobe® software your system uses to view PDF files. This may be Adobe® Reader® (a free download from Adobe), Adobe® Acrobat® Approval, or Adobe® Acrobat®.
