    You will receive Solicitor Instructions from TD Bank Financial Group identifying the required steps to access this TD Bank Financial Group Forms Search site. Please read the User Guide carefully before proceeding.

    Reminder: If you intend to complete and save the customer information on completed forms for future use on your personal system, you must purchase Adobe® Acrobat® Approval or Adobe® Acrobat®. See your instruction package for details. To purchase either of these products, please visit the Adobe website.
      If you do not intend to save the form and retain customer data you have added to the form fields for future reference and/or editing, you may view, complete fields and print the forms using Adobe® Reader® software. However, saving Portable Document Format (PDF) files on your system using Adobe® Reader® will not retain customer data you have added to the form fields.

    Language used to present the site

    The TD Bank Financial Group Forms Search site is the starting point when seeking a form on the site. From the main search page you have the option of choosing a language preference for your browser view screen. For example, click on Français to change your browser view to French presentation.

    Three search criteria options

    You have the option of searching forms by:

  • Category - Specific categories have been assigned to forms. From the "Category" drop down menu, select an appropriate category or categories, click Search. All forms assigned to the category or categories chosen will be displayed in a listing below the Search button. You can refine the list of forms by using the drop down menu in the "Language" box. This allows you to display forms based on your preference for:
  • English or bilingual forms
  • French or bilingual forms
  • All forms
  • Form/Package Number - if you know the 6 digit form or package number, type the number in the "Form/Package Name or Number" box, click Search. The form or package assigned to that number will be displayed below the Search button.
  • Form/Package Name - type in any word you know is in the form or package name in the "Form/Package Name or Number" box, click Search. A list of all forms or packages that have the search word or a derivation of the search word in their names will be presented below the Search button. For example, a search for "certificate" will result in a list of forms that have names containing "Certificate", "Certificates", "Certified", "Certification", "Certifications", and "Certifie" (French). (Note: Searches using multiple words must list the words in the exact sequence and spelling as used within the form name. No boolean searches are available.)

    • Upon completion of one of the above search options, a new screen will present you with a list of the search result(s). From that list, click on the form number to display the form's additional information. The next screen will display the Form/Package Name, Form/Package Number, Special Instructions, and Paper Size. To view the actual form, click the PDF icon.

    This will open the form in the Adobe® software your system uses to view PDF files. This may be Adobe® Reader® (a free download from Adobe), Adobe® Acrobat® Approval, or Adobe® Acrobat®.

    Opening and working with forms downloaded from the site

    All forms obtained from this site are in Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) is the open de facto standard for electronic document distribution worldwide. Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. Adobe PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe® Reader® software (minimum requirement of Adobe® Reader® 5.0) available at

    If you use Adobe® Reader® (minimum requirement of Adobe® Reader® 5.0) and you're having problems viewing, printing, or downloading PDF files, you should modify your Reader preferences: Please reference support documentation on the Adobe site available at

    If you fill in form fields on our PDF files while the form is open in Reader® to avoid manual filling of information on the printed copy, once your first usage and print of the form is complete, prior to using the form for subsequent filling of form fields and printing, please use the "Clear" button to reset all form fields. This is an important step to ensure that the information you have input into form fields from your first usage is not retained in subsequent uses of the form on your system. The "Clear" button is found on the first page of forms supporting form fields.
